These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CoinConvert Pro mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CoinConvert Pro is a calculator-style currency and cryptocurrency converter. It displays exchange rates fetched from third-party data providers and lets you compute conversions and perform basic arithmetic. The App is informational only.
Exchange rates are provided by external services (CoinGecko, Open Exchange Rates). We make no warranty that rates are accurate, current, complete, or uninterrupted. Rates may differ — sometimes significantly — from what you can actually transact at on any exchange, bank, or money changer. Rates can be delayed, cached, or temporarily unavailable.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including financial loss — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. You assume all responsibility and risk for any decisions made based on information from the App.

The App, its design, branding, and all original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party assets (such as coin logos and flag icons) belong to their respective owners and are used under their applicable licences. No rights are transferred to you beyond a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.
The App connects to public APIs operated by CoinGecko and Open Exchange Rates to retrieve rates. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or content of those services.
We may release updates to the App at any time, including changes to features, supported currencies, or these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your device. We may discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
